Pasos de la comisión
1. Tengamos una charla, por favor háblame de forma detallada de lo que buscas con esta comisión, así podré darte un costo preciso.2. Te haré un boceto sencillo para que lo apruebes o podamos agregar cambios antes de comenzar.3. Después de aprobar el boceto deberás realizar el pago completo para comenzar a hacer el dibujo.4. Envíame una captura de pantalla con tu recibo de pago para comprobar.5. Una vez empezado el dibujo, te estaré pasando avances del mismo para que veas como va quedando, y si hay algo pequeño que no te convence o que quieras cambiar, por favor dime al momento, si no voy a asumir que todo está bien.6. Al terminar, te enviaré el dibujo por correo electrónico en formato JPG o PNG.

TÉRMINOS DE TRABAJO• Por favor, sé claro con lo que deseas comisionar y agrega referencias si es necesario.• Me reservo el derecho de rechazar una comisión si no me siento cómoda con el tema o no me siento con la capacidad técnica para realizarla, esto te lo haré saber en la etapa del boceto.• No empezaré a dibujar hasta que el pago esté realizado en su totalidad.• Si necesitas que la obra sea de un tamaño o un perfil de color en específico, dímelo, me adaptaré a lo que necesitas con gusto.• Se pueden realizar cambios pequeños (color, una mano, un accesorio o ropa simple) durante el proceso de dibujo, más si considero que un cambio es grande (pose completa del personaje, agregar un accesorio grande o detallado, cambiar el fondo de forma drástica) se le añadirá un costo adicional a la comisión, el precio dependerá de la complejidad.• El trabajo final tendrá mi firma y un pequeño QR, te aseguro que serán discretos.• Si necesitas que te envíe la obra en formato de imagen en específico o que tenga fondo transparente, con gusto te lo enviaré así, solo dime.
TÉRMINOS DE PAGO• Solo pago en USD o USDT• El pago debe ser realizado en su totalidad una vez aprobado el boceto.• El pago por el uso comercial es el 100% adicional al costo total de la comisión.• En caso de hacer el pago por PayPal te enviaré una factura con la solicitud de pago, por lo que te voy a pedir tu correo o usuario en PayPal.• Al pago por Paypal se le añadirá un 10% al costo total de la comisión.• Si en medio del proceso de creación de la obra surgen costos adicionales, el proceso sería el mismo (pago completo realizado, enviar captura de pantalla, y así, continúo dibujando).
TÉRMINOS DE REEMBOLSO• Si la obra ya está en proceso y se te han enviado avances de la misma, más no está terminada y deseas cancelar, el reembolso será parcial y se regresará a la mitad del costo de la comisión.• Si aún no he empezado la obra puedes optar por el reembolso total.• Si no se ha comunicado conmigo o no ha respondido mis mensajes sobre su comisión en un tiempo aproximado de un mes, no será elegible para un reembolso.
TÉRMINOS DE USO• Las obras que realice son para uso personal.• Si quieres el dibujo para algún proyecto comercial (para publicidad, para un logo, para un libro) házmelo saber por favor, esto tendrá un costo adicional, pero adaptaré el dibujo lo más que pueda a lo que necesitas que seas.• Se considera uso comercial: emotes, logotipos, banners de redes sociales, hojas de personajes de vtubers, imágenes de perfil para creadores de contenido, mercancía, publicidad, prints y arte para libros.• Voy a postear tu comisión en mis redes sociales, voy a etiquetarte si es posible, si no quieres que la comisión sea vista por alguien más, no quieres aparecer relacionado con el dibujo o no quieres que el dibujo sea publicado por un tiempo, por favor, házmelo saber.• Puedes editar mis obras, pero debes darme los créditos adecuados por mi trabajo.• Puedes subir la comisión a cualquiera de tus redes sociales o usarlas en plataformas como Wattpad y Ao3, agradecería muchísimo si me etiquetas, o si pones mi enlace a alguna de mis redes.• No está permitido convertir las obras en un NFT o Mintear con ellas.• Si de casualidad perdiste el dibujo o el correo que te envíe, házmelo saber, con gusto te lo vuelvo a enviar.
Si se realiza un pedido, esta aceptando trabajar con estos términos.

Commission Steps
1. Let's have a chat, please tell me in detail what you are looking for with this commission, so I can give you an accurate cost.2. I will make a simple sketch for you to approve or we can add changes before we start.3. After approving the sketch you will have to make the full payment to start making the drawing.4. Send me a screenshot with your payment receipt to check.5. Once the drawing is started, I'll be passing you previews of it, so you can see how it's coming along, and if there's something small that doesn't convince you or that you want to change, please tell me right away, or else I'll assume that everything is fine.6. When finished, I will send you the drawing by email in JPG or PNG format.
Terms to be Considered
TERMS OF WORK• Please be clear about what you wish to commission and add references if necessary.• I reserve the right to refuse an assignment if I don't feel comfortable with the subject matter or don't think I have the technical ability to do it, I will let you know at the sketch stage.• I will not start drawing until payment is made in full.• If you need the artwork to be of a specific size or color profile, let me know, I will gladly adapt to your needs.• Small changes (color, a hand, an accessory or simple clothing) can be made during the drawing process, but if I consider that a change is big (complete pose of the character, add a large or detailed accessory, change the background drastically) an additional cost will be added to the commission, the price will depend on the complexity.• The final work will have my signature and a small QR, I assure you they will be discreet.• If you need me to send you the artwork in a specific image format or with a transparent background, I will gladly send it to you that way, just let me know.
TERMS OF PAYMENT• Only payment in USD or USDT• Payment must be made in full upon approval of the sketch.• The payment for commercial use is 100% in addition to the total cost of the commission.• In case of payment by PayPal I will send you an invoice with the payment request, so I will ask you for your email or PayPal user.• Paypal payment will have a 10% added to the total cost of the commission.• If in the middle of the process of creating the work additional costs arise, the process would be the same (full payment made, send screenshot, and so, I continue drawing).
TERMS OF REPAYMENT• If the work is already in progress and you have been sent progress, but it is not finished and you wish to cancel, the refund will be partial and will be returned at half the cost of the commission.• If I have not yet started the work you can opt for a full refund.• If you have not contacted me or responded to my messages about your commission within approximately one month, you will not be eligible for a refund.
TERMS OF USE• The works I make are for personal use only.• If you want the drawing for a commercial project (for advertising, for a logo, for a book) please let me know, this will have an additional cost, but I will adapt the drawing as much as I can to what you need it to be.• Commercial use is considered: emotes, logos, social media banners, vtubers character sheets, profile pictures for content creators, merchandise, advertisements, print and art for books.• I will post your commission on my social networks, I will tag you if possible, if you don't want the commission to be seen by someone else, don't want to appear related to the drawing or don't want the drawing to be published for a while, please let me know.• You can edit my works, but you must give me proper credit for my work.• You can upload the commission to any of your social networks or use them on platforms like Wattpad and Ao3, I would greatly appreciate if you tag me, or if you put my link to any of my networks.• It is not allowed to convert the works into a NFT or Mintear with them.• If you lost the drawing or the email I sent you, let me know, I will gladly send it to you again.

Conditions for adoptables
• Only payment in USD or USDT.
• No refunds.
• Do not claim as your creation, give me credits please.
• Don't use the base to sell another adoption.
• You can change the design however you want, but give me credit for the art and design.
• Adoptables are for personal use only, unless commercial rights are paid.
• After payment I will send you the file without watermarked, full size image, with the original colors, each drawing in PNG without background by Email.
